The Lido Paradise Dive Center

The Paradise diving center has been in operation since 1995 and can be found in the Lido Paradiso Village in Salerno. It takes its name from its stunning location in the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park. This dive center offers a range of scuba diving courses, PSS SSI and PADI for all levels if you wish to learn how to dive or improve your diving repertoire. The Paradise scuba diving center also runs diving tours of the Palinuro walls and caves as well as various other diving excursions in the local area. The dive center is also lucky enough to have a marine biologist among their staff and can therefore offer marine-biology courses for both adults and children. 

The best places to dive in the area are the Capo Palinuro and Marina di Piscotta islands which are full of Mediterranean flora and fauna such as large grouper, red coral, sea fans etc. Another favourite, and well worth the visit, dive site is the Blue Grotto, an underwater cave that is inhabited with an impressive variety of marine life. The center has two BWA RIB boats one which can carry up to 26 diver and the other 10.
